We will be ready to help you! - Always keep the doors (main and pool) closed for better operation of the air conditioner and avoid any discomfort. - The glass door with access to the pool, has a security alarm for children. This alarm is mandatory and law in the state of Florida, for newly built swimming pool. To avoid setting them off, please do the following before exiting to or from the pool: "Open the door... press the button on the box and, close the door directly behind you. Keep the door always closed and it will not sound the alarm." - In the kitchen sink, we have a food grinder. Please, place there only food remains. Other waste such as recyclables or very hard foods and even cutlery can damage the equipment. - Please note that we provide trousseau for the number of guests in the reservation and we do not offer towels for external use (pool), only for bathing. About supplies, we provide some soaps and toilet paper for the first hours of your arrival. Please read the rubbish rules on arrival at the house. It is fixed on the refrigerator door, explaining which days and times you should discard the garbage out. - At the Club House, if you are traveling in peak season, try to get there early so you can choose a better place to settle in. The club is very nice and usually gets crowded. Password for access to Club House: 5404 - If you need tips on: restaurants, shopping, parks ... I'm at your service! - The layette (bed and bath) is prepared according to the number of guests declared at the time of booking.
