Located in the heart of Southwestern Montana, the Livingston location was the original Chop House that began May 22, 2001. In 2004 they relocated a few blocks down from the original location to an old railroad receiving warehouse, just a few feet away from the main line of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad, which is now known as Montana Rail Link. The food is fun, the service is great, and you will leave knowing you didn't just have dinner but a dining experience.

Breweries

Our beers win awards and our brewhouses are friendly.
Neptune's Brewery is a quaint sea-themed, oasis in the small mountain town of Livingston, MT. They serve a variety of brewed-on-site hand crafted beers along with fresh, hand-rolled sushi and a full American pub menu. They typically have 8-10 beers on tap at any time, all made in house, and they have 1 tap pouring Kombucha that is brewed at Livingston's Geyser Farms. Their fresh fish is flown to them overnight fresh off the boat in Hawaii. For those who aren't fans of sushi, they have a hot food menu featuring fish and chips, and tacos and burgers as well. Bring your group, they've got something delicious for everyone. As a small business owned by Jon Berens and Lauren Silano, they hold our community near and dear; everything they do is in an effort to improve our town, the lives of the people living here, and their wonderful employees. Come on down, eat great food and always, Drink Like A God.

Yellowstone

As the original “Gateway to Yellowstone National Park,” Livingston, Montana, is perfectly situated for short day trips or multi-day tours to Yellowstone National Park. Hiking, geyser gawking, fishing, photography tours, wildlife watching, and wildflower walks fill a summer day. Winter brings cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, wolf watching, and hot springs surrounded by snowflakes.
Colorful bacterial mats radiating from a steaming, azure pool make Yellowstone’s largest hot spring an otherworldly scene and a bucket-list stop for many photographers. A short walk from the Fairy Falls Trailhead leads to the only overlook with an elevated view of the landscape (shown here). The boardwalks in the Midway Geyser Basin offer a ground-level vantage point.

Capturing a photo of this famous waterfall may involve visiting several viewpoints depending on time of day and weather. Brink of Lower Falls, Lookout Point, Uncle Tom’s Trail, and Artist Point all provide equally great, yet different, perspectives. On sunny days, a rainbow forms in the spray below the falls.
