"Thịt bò nướng lá lốt ("grilled beef, in lolot leaf") or thịt bò lá lốt ("beef, leaf of lolot"), bò nướng lá lốt is a dish consisting of Vietnamese beef in lolot leaves, which are called "betel" leaves by some English magazines. The leaves smell spicy but have a medicinal taste.[1] The food is often served or sold at barbecues.[2] There is a northern version called chả lá lốt using pork instead of beef and often pan-fried instead of grilled.
In Southern Vietnam, the lolot leaf is also called "Lá lốp".

Chợ Lớn (About this soundlisten, Chinese:堤岸), usually Anglicized as "Cholon" in English sources, is a quarter of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It lies on the west bank of the Saigon River, having Bình Tây Market as its central market. Chợ Lớn consists of the western half of District 5 as well as several adjoining neighborhoods in District 6 and District 11. The quarter has long been inhabited by Chinese people, and is considered the largest Chinatown in the world by area.
The Vietnamese name Chợ Lớn literally means "big" (lớn) "market" (chợ). The Chinese name (and original name) is 堤岸 (pronounced Tai-Ngon in Cantonese and Dī'àn in Mandarin,[1][2] which means "embankment" (French: quais). The Vietnamese reading of the Chinese name is Đê Ngạn, but this is rarely used. Vietnamese speakers exclusively use the name Chợ Lớn, while Chinese speakers (both inside Vietnam and in China) are the only users of the original Chinese name.

Suối Tiên Amusement Park is an amusement park in District 9, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam. The park includes several entertainment areas. The landscaping and attractions in the park illustrate Vietnam's history and legends, such as Âu Cơ and Lạc Long Quân as well as the Battle of Son Tinh and Thuy Tinh (The Mountain God and The River God). An artificial seawater pool is located in the park for sea-bathers. There is also a dinosaur garden and a roller coaster called "Roller Coaster".
The Tiên Dong beach is a man-made beach featuring a gigantic waterfall with the face of an emperor sculpted into it. The park is colorful, and you will find giant sculpted dragons painted in gorgeous blue and orange pastels, soft red Buddha statues and lush green gardens, as well as all the normal theme park attractions; the park also has a zoo.
The park opened in 1995. The park will be served by a stop on the first line of the Ho Chi Minh City Metro, currently under construction.
