Best local cafe and it's a lovely 7 minute stroll through the gully and the park to get there. Head west along Wake Street, cross the road and go through Chartwell Park on Bankwood Road, walk the boardwalk through the gully, through the park and past the playground. Jam is there to your left across the road. There's also a few boutique shops that are worth a look.

This is our neighbourhood. Quiet streets with playgrounds, trees, and gully walks. We are close to the Chartwell Mall and Lynden Court shops, and the Chartwell bus hub is a major bus stop where you can connect to many places within the city.
