These are my recommendations for the neighborhood!
Mudsmith is a wonderful coffee shop a short walk across the street. Mudsmith serves Avoca coffee, rotating beer, wine, and kombucha on tap, along with bottled soda and fresh juices. If you need a little something to munch on, they also have pastries, granola and sandwiches of all sorts including veggie and vegan options.

Right next to Mudsmith coffee just down the street is Pints & Quarts. Pints & Quarts is a ’50s burger stand serving up solid fast casual burgers and flat top dogs along with ice-cold beer and craft cocktails. Open until 10PM every night.
