Value for money, authentic Italian food. Generous servings in a cosy atmosphere. Definitely recommend to get there early (they don't take bookings), as the line can go out the door. My favourite is the house made tiramisu!

Fremantle, also first known as “The Swan River Colony" was founded in 1829 and established as a "free settlement" when approximately 400 civilian and military settlers arrived in 1829. As one of WA's first colonies and ports, Fremantle is a must see for history and activities. Visit the Fremantle Prison and Maritime Museum, or wander around the Fremantle Markets (only open Fri - Sun, Mon Public Holidays). Eat at one of the many restaurants and cafes along the main strip, or head to Leighton Beach for a stroll by the water.

Parks & Nature

Kings Park is the most popular tourist destinations in WA, the park is a mixture of grassed parkland, botanical gardens and natural bushland. Bigger than NY's Central Park, it is located just outside of the city with amazing views of the Perth skyline. Kings Park is perfect for families, nature enthusiasts and anyone who wants to get out and explore nature. There are kids playground areas (Sticky Beaks), trails to hike along as well as Jacob's Ladder - perfect for exercise buffs or to take the perfect photo of Perth.
