Food Scene

Very good coffee! Chilled place to sit and people watch or catch up with a mate. I always grab a window seat or if really lucky the big comfy sofa. Shelves are stocked with 2nd hand books to have a browse through and there are always plenty of newspapers by the front door to flick through. Nice cakes too!

Parks & Nature

Really beautiful park - huge with many nooks and crannies! Outdoor bowls, lake, bandstand, decent café with big portions of food, hikes, wildlife, kids playground, tennis courts, beautiful views of Hastings town. Top place to go for a run if that's your thing or just a decent walk!

Stunning views over Hastings Old Town and the sea! Huge - can easily spend all day rambling around up there. Can even walk to Rye from here(around 14 miles away) You can either take the stairs up to the park - steep - but worth it for the views or take the Furnicular from the Stade area of the Old Town - easy! Check the tide timetable before you set out if you want to walk along the beach.
