Great for biking or hiking and just getting away from the bustle of the city. Super great educational island with nice trails. Very close to our place.
To get there, go through the Oklahoma Ave entrance for Lot 6 outside of the old RFK stadium.

Beautiful, peaceful place to visit. Lots of scenery - plus they do a monthly full moon hike!
Also check out the bonsai exhibits. So cool!
