The chef is a local celebrity who has appeared on multiple TVs Top Chef and they have amazing food. Using only the freshest ingredients Foode is sure to impress you. I highly recommend the Grass Fed Burger as it is the best burger I have ever had.

You will feel like you are in France as you drive past the rolling hills of grape vines to the main winery/restaurant. Here you can relax after a busy day of sight seeing and sip from an impressive wine selection. If you are hungry they serve some chef prepared cuisine as well - really tasty.
Note - they also have a good selection of cigars.

This is an amazingly entertaining museum. Here you can see not only the history of the US Marines, but also experience what it is/was like. You can lift a Marine backpack, shoot a laser rifle on the shooting range, climb in a tank, walk through a bone chilling display of the Korean War, or experience the sweltering heat of Vietnam. Very interactive and a lot of fun for the entire family.

Very interactive and a lot of fun for the entire family.
Downtown Fredericksburg is a must see while in the area. Filled with cute shops and activities, it is a grate place to stroll and get of feel for what it was like during the Civil War. They have spend a lot of time and money revitalizing the town center so you will not be disappointed.

This place is an absolute blast! You are put in a themed room and given a mission - get out in 1 hour. In order to do so you need to work as a team to find clues in the room and solve numerous puzzles, with each one being harder than the last. I highly recommend this for a great time.

You can walk the streets and experience what life was like in days gone by. While you are there sip on a cup of coffee or grab some cafe food to take to the water front. You can also get a great hair cut at one of the numerous barber shops.
