On the first Sunday of each month, there's Jazz in the Park at this beautiful park on the water just on the other side of the bridge from us. Even though it's called "Jazz in the Park," the genres differ with multiple stages guaranteeing something for everyone. There are also local vendors selling art, soaps, jewelry, accessories, honey, etc. In the same area, there's the local history museum if you're a history buff and want to know more about Ft. Lauderdale as a city. It's a kid and pet friendly event so if you're interested, just let us know! We have park blankets and/or chairs you can take with you to really partake like a local!

This place is brand new! There's construction all around it but inside it feels like a little oasis. It has a carnival theme during the day, very kid friendly, but after 6pm it turns into a nightclub right on the intercoastal.

It's a great park right on the beach. You can rent paddleboards and kayaks in the park as well as grill and hang on the beach. Because it is a state park, there is a small entrance fee. They take cash or credit/debit cards.
