Akerselva is a river which flows through Oslo. the entire river is about 8,2 kilometers long and starts at "Maridalsvannet" and down to Grunerløkka, Grønland, and finally ends out in Bjørvika (in the ocean.) You can take a slow walk along the river or a good morning run.
