Since it opened to the public in 2011, Metropol Parasol, or "Las Setas", as we locals call them, because of their resemblance of mushrooms, has become not only one of the main points of interest of the city, but also one of the social and cultural hearts in the old quarter of Sevilla.
If you enjoy modern architecture (They were designed by Jürgen Mayer), visiting las Setas is a must, but if that's not the case, here you will also find bars, restaurants, one of the biggests markets of the city, roman ruins, as well as a beautiful view of the whole city from the upper level.

Naima is your go-to place for jazz music. They have live music almost every evening, usually starting at 21:00.
A word of advice: if you want to be confortable, arrive early and grab a sit, because this is one of the most popular places in the area and it will be crowded some nights.
