This is one of my favorite locations in the Springs! The rock formations are stunning, the Trading post is fun with decent food and touristy gifts. Go for a nice hike and take some pictures to make everyone jealous!

Visit the Air Force Academy and see the famous architecture of the Cadet Chapel, explore the history of the Academy, learn about some great military leaders, and maybe see a football game, the parachute team, or cadets in their first days of training.

Pikes Peak is the iconic mountain towering over Colorado Springs. You have to make it to the top! Breathtaking views, but hey, you won't be able to breath up there at 14,114 feet anyway! You can drive up, hike up (only if you are acclimated and it good shape!), or there are guided tours. The cog railway is closed this year for the first time in 125 years! This is the most fun place ever! An old school converted to Bristol Brewing's home as well as restaurants and shops are all here. Head in to the "Principal's Office for great whiskey. Definitely check this out!
