B ’s Cottage is situated just a few short miles from Bend, on a dirt road, about 15 minutes to Sunriver, 45 minutes to Mt Bachelor and 45 minutes to Smith Rock. High Desert Museum is a short 5 minute jaunt down the hwy. Our property is a fenced and gated beautiful acre in the pines so we have plenty of room for those of you who have boats, quads or snow mobiles. In the summer, we offer a pool, kiddie pool and splash pad. (Set up depends on weather)We are also ADA compliant to state code.

B's Cottage is best suited for solo travelers or couples but I do have a raised queen sized airbed, 2 twin air beds and pack and play for additional travelers. We also have ADA equipment for use, such as, toilet risers and a shower chair. Coffee, creamers, teas, instant oatmeal packets and popcorn are provided. Our fridge is stocked with condiments so no need to purchase those. The living room area has a big screen smart tv, blue ray player, dish network and electric fireplace, so bring your movies! There is also another smart tv located in the bedroom that has an antenna, and a DVD player in there as well. The bed is a queen craftmatic adjustable and with vibration for your comfort.

If you forget your toothbrush, deodorant, hairties, no worries. Bernice has these items on hand for a reasonable price so you don't have to be stressed while on vacation! If you need something else, please let us know and we will do our best to oblige.

Our peaceful little neighborhood has it's own country store which has a Subway and a pizza factory inside, a gas station and also a coffee hut conviently located as you enter Deschutes River Woods. There is abundant wildlife to see out here. We have beautiful deer, rabbits and many species of birds. Its like being deep in the woods but we are only 2.7 miles to town. Deschutes River Woods is the best of both worlds, being close to town yet having the peace and quiet of the country.

Being semiretired, I am generally in and out and can assist with needs or answer any questions my guests may have but due to Covid and my commitment to keeping my guests safe, I prefer either a text or message through the Airbnb webpage. There is a welcome book and multiple books and brochures in the cottage with activities here locally, emergency numbers and info and we are very excited to announce that we now have a facebook with updated weather and events. Check it out under B's Cottage! We would love you to sign the guest book in the welcome binder so we can look back at who and where our visitors are from and leave any comments or suggestions you may have in the "just saying" notepad. We are always looking for ways to make your stay a memorable and comfortable one.
