You'll be welcomed in a typical Italian home (located in amazing building, dating from the 1930’s) for a traditional meal with a local: to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta, cooking, eating, and drinking all together while sharing our stories and especially talking about food, one of the favourite topics in Italy. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing delicious homemade pasta: Sicilian (maccaruna, busiate), tortelli, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of homemade pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water).
